These terms and conditions govern your use of the SnailMailFairy Paperie online store. By placing an online order, you agree to and are bound by these terms.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
SnailMailFairy Paperie reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change and update this policy at any time. We encourage our customers to check this page for any changes or updates. You as a customer acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these policies periodically and stay informed with any updates and changes to our policies.
Pricing
All prices on the SnailMailFairy Paperie online store are in New Zealand dollars. There are no hidden fees.
Payment
We accept payment via debit or credit card through Stripe’s payment gateway. SnailMailFairy Paperie will not store or transfer any of your credit card information. All data is transferred using Stripe’s secure servers.
Payment shall be made at the time the order is placed.
New Zealand bank transfers are excepted however orders will not be sent until cleared payment is received.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Most orders are packed within one-two Business Days. However, while we endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to five business days for processing of your order.
We deliver in New Zealand only. Please allow seven days for delivery of your order. South Island and rural areas possibly a day or two longer. All orders are sent by NZ post.
SnailMailFairy Paperie cannot be responsible for delays caused by the courier companies.
If your parcel is not delivered to you within the time frame, please make contact with us via our Contact page.
Return Policy
We do our best to ensure that all of our products arrive safely to your door.
If you have not received your order after two weeks, please make contact with us via our Contact page.
In the rare event that you receive a mis-picked, faulty or damaged item, please make contact with us via our Contact page within 7 DAYS of receiving your order. We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You may be asked to supply photos of mis-picked/faulty/ damaged goods.
Please note, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns where you have “changed your mind”.
Force Majeure
SnailMailFairy Paperie will not be liable for any failure to supply or delay in supply caused by a Force Majeure beyond our reasonable control.
“Force Majeure” means any of the following events or occurrences and the effects thereof: fire, storm, flood, earthquake, landslide, explosion, accident, act of a public enemy, war, rebellion, insurrection, riot, civil commotion, sabotage, epidemic, quarantine restrictions, labour disputes, transportation embargoes, national or international oil or fuel shortage, acts of God, acts of government or any agency or judicial action.

Purchasing our products gives you the right to sell said physical products. You are not permitted to reproduce or otherwise copy our designs with the intent to sell, manufacture, or reproduce our products. This includes digital renditions of our products (ie: using our products as direct inspiration for “printables”, even for free, that are given in conjunction with our products).
All layouts, projects and images displayed on this website are the property of SnailMailFairy Paperie and Rosie’s Studio.
Please do not copy images for any use other than for your own personal inspiration.
