How adorable are these individually sewn fabric ruffles? They are made by me using leftover pieces of cotton fabric from my Scrunchies. In this package you will get x20 fabric ruffles that measure approximately 4.5″ in length and 1.5″ in width. These are perfect for embellishing your projects with. Just use some adhesive to stick them down. You won’t get two pieces the same. Each package is sent out at random.
